Scope in Internet .."Online business"

As i always think that if i want to start my own business then what should i do.I don't have money, man-power,support,land,bank balance & father's money. I am not having good knowledge of bank loans & borrow money from money lenders. But i want my own business to start.Which type of business i can run so that my probability of risk be minimized & get success in initial phase. I know that in India there are huge opportunity.
After so many days of brain-storming, i came to personal conclusion that "Indians to start the Internet Business." And there are several reasons for that. One reason is, it requires low to minimal start-up capital and a manpower to start it. This is very important. This is the one and only major entry barrier which prevents people to start their offline business. In the real world, all the assets such as Man power, Real Estate and Business Equipments are getting more and more costly and that’s why to a new com-mer it is next to impossible to start a new business in the offline world. But in case of the Internet, you can start your own online business without investing much money. The best part about online business is that you can start it from your home without the hurdle of anyone and that’s why you can grow it without the hurdle of anything. Another advantage of the internet business is that, there are literally over a billion people around the world who access the internet and that’s why Internet is a huge money making opportunity and a huge space to expand your business like anything. Thus, if I/you are young than in my opinion we should start our own internet business as early as possible means now. This is because it will take a time to grow your internet business and start adding some positive cashflow. The earlier you start your own business online, the richer you will get. And Believe me, There is a huge scope for Online Businesses in India. So start it early.
Take some initial guidelines & start as soon as possible. Start with passion.Find the opportunity & start working on them. Important is to take first step..Today is your time!!

Information Technology (IT) industry has played a key role in putting India on the Global Map

Today I am here give facts & figure that how emerging world something that is comparable to the rich world. Developing world are becoming the hot bed of innovation .They are coming with new product & services which are dramatically cheaper than the developed world. All are working with new business model from supply chain to recruitment & retention are being reinvented in one to another emerging market.
Till now the countries known as cheaper hands are now becoming the innovation hub. Why? The reason behind is that small/local campiness start looking bigger dreams. The United Nations World investment Report calculates that there are now around 21,500 multinationals based in the emerging world. The number of companies from India, China, Brazil & Russia on the Financial Times 500 list more than quadrupled in 2006-08, from 15-62. Multinationals expect about 70% of the world’s growth over the next few years come from emerging markets, with 40% coming just two countries, China & India.
Because they (China & India) pouring the resources in education, as China produces 75,000people with higher degrees in engineering or computer science and India 60,000people every year. The world’s biggest multinationals are becoming increasing happy to do their R&D in emerging market.
Knowledge intensive companies such as IT specialist and consultancies have coming to emerging countries. For example, a quarter of Accenture’s workforce is in India. There is huge opportunity because there is large population, growing very fast in China & India, hundreds of millions of people will enter the middle class in the coming decades. Brain power is relatively cheap & abundant: in china over 5million & in India 3million people graduate every year, four times & three times the number a decade ago. Until now, it had being assumed that globalization was driven by the west & imposed on the rest. But now scenario has changed after 2008 world economy recession.

Success in business & life learn the "connecting the dots" process...!!!

“The person you will be five years from will come down to two primary influences: The people you associate with & the books you read.” I just read a book "Who will cry, when you die" by Mr.Robin Sharma a famous leadership development guru. "When I was growing up, my father said something to me I will never forget, ""Son, when you born, you cried while the world rejoiced..." said by Robin Shrama. I liked this book due to many a reasons because when I was reading this book I have feeling of motivation & worthily.
Mr. Robin Sharma used very simple language. He used very nicely the thoughts by great management gurus & leaders. That creates more & more interest to read further without taking rest in between. In every phrase there is new stuff of thoughts & learning. I took two days to read this book because I was enjoying a lot sitting in library. Now,I will share a few of my great learning which motivate me a lot:
  • Do only high leverage activities & priorities that will advance your life’s mission & legacy, than every thing will change.
  • In this new era of economy the greatest thinker would be more successful person
  • How high you will rise in your life will be determined not by how hard work but by the how
  • Success in business & in life is a “connecting the dots” process
  • Time slips through our hands like grain of sand & the time to live greatly is not tomorrow buttoday.
  • To improve your life, you must first improve your thinking.
  • Forgiveness is a great act of spirit & personal courage
  • Time is priceless commodity & the best time to live a richer, wiser & more fulfilling life is now.
  • Read & think every day something new no one else is thinking.
  • Life change takes time, effort & patience.
Apart form motivational thing his writing guided us in a right way. One important thing he mentioned that “Goal setting” is mandatory for everyone to be successful in life. He said that made a list of priorities in life with the time to achieved it. Goal setting gave you the inspiration to act on your priorities & makes things happen in your life rather than waiting for the opportunities to land in your lap.
“We first make our habit & then our habits makes us”-John Dryden
In is his book he said that adopting good habit takes time & difficult but negative one is easy to adopt. So, a new good habit takes 21 days (no golden rule) to develop so be patience not easily die. And a person should concentrate on their strengths & talents to be more effective. If any one balanced these five things would be a well-known themselves: Time management, Creativity, Positive thinking, Physical well being & Spiritual satisfaction.
One of the most effective way to improve you personal & professional effectiveness & rise to a new level of Excellencies to find a men for to coach you. Cultivating great friendship is one of the ways to find more happiness & joy in life. He said that there is nothing in the world more valuable than friendship. “Find three great friends”
By concluding my learning by his two great views:
1) Humility: “The tree that has the most fruit is the tree that bends to the ground.” Means great person never shows arrogance in life.
2) To maintain a healthy level of optimism & passion for life, you must keep on setting higher & higher goals.

"Right To Education" is the journey of good start..

" I read under the dim light of a kerosene lamp.I am what I am today because of education . I want every Indian Child, boys & girls,to be so touched by the Right To Education. I want every Indian to dream of better future & live that dream."
-Prime Minister Manmohan Singh
As we know that child education is necessery for the future development of a country. But in India the many of the school going childern are doing child labor. Many of them have the money problem to take the addimmsion. They are also equaly talented, but due to finacial problem their poor parents are not allowed them to study. So for these type of childern government had taken very right step to overcome this problem. If this plan will execute & implement properly, then we are going to achive a great success.
Education became a fundamental right, when the right to free & complsury education Act,2009(RTE) came in to force. From now on any child in the age group of 6-14 years can step in to any neigherhood school & demand addmission. The school can not denied to gave addimmisson according to govenment rule.
But the real chalange to bridge the gap between good intention & implementation -starts now. The law in theory, covers all govenment, govt.-aided & private schools. But in practices, it is applicable only to muncipal, state & central-government school only. Private school have been left out of the obligation to provide free & compulsury education. But the private schools will obviously fight it tooth & nail.
It is not easy for Human Resource Minister Mr. Kapil Sibal to implement & execute fastely but we can say the Act marks the begining of an important journey towards education to all. The central & state government share the financial burden for implementing the Act in the ratio of 55:45 & finance Commission has to giving Rs.25000 crore to the state. An outlay of Rs.15000 crore was approved for 2010-11 by the central govt. But if the Act is to achive its stated objective of fixed student & teacher ratio, neighbour schools with good quality, training to teacher funding seems grossely inadecuate. The National Planning & Administration calculate that implementation of the Act cost Rs.171000 crore for five years .
This Plan basicaly will face some of the hurdles like:-
1. Poor infrastructure & traditional education system
2 Not properly trained teachers
2. Rural & urban child difference in languages & others
3.Type of syllabus & board of examinations
4. Inadequate schooling whose parents might migrate from placeto place
5.The most challenge for the poor lives on daily wages
According to me, there are the few suggection to make RTE Act succesful :
1. Proper accountability to the responsible person
2. Maximum Suppport should be from the stae government also
3.If Private school can second shift school for the under previlaged sector by same faculty
No Child shall be denied for the the primary education:-
1.No addimssionwill be on the basis of test
2.School can't expel childern till they complete class 8th
3.Random selection of 25% seats & no seat be vacant, No board exams till 8th standared
4.Teaching to be prefrebly in mother tounge language
5.Pupil teacher ratio of 30:1in primary & 35:1in higher classes.
6.Childern with disability will also be educated in main stream schools
For this blog I had collected fact & figures from the newspaper as well as magazines. RTE
act would take some time to show its result,my strong appel to every one is that "This is the time of us to prove our self better now & in future". Its time for education cultur change...

Male Vs Female : who is the best entrepreneur ?

From the time of empire, the thinking of a common men is that women are less strong in every field. They think that women are only for the care of children, mother, wives & ran the household. But as the time going on women were proved themselves equal to the men in almost in every areas.

So, now every where in the world, the thinking perception of men changing towards the capability.I thing this blog will liked by the female folk & which should be because this blog insight them compare to men.

"Women are starting business in the US at twice the rate of all business & staying in business longer".(According to Census Bureau & SBA) there are 6.2 million women-owned firms today.
As my title of the blog is who is superior,it depends on some of the characteristics of entrepreneur. These are :their motivation, background, families, education background occupational experiences & problems.
1) Background :
Men mainly started business in early age of 25-35 compared to 35 -45 age of women.
men educated in business /technical degree (usually engineering) where as they did degree in liberal arts.
2)Personality Characteristics:
Men are more innovative & idealistic but women are more of flexible & tolerant.Men have high level of confidence ,but women have medium level of self-confidence & ability to deal with social environment.
Men always think of own boss!!
3) Occupational background:
Men always try to get the experience in line of business in which he would go for the the own business as in Telecom sector. Known for his specialization & high level level of achievement in the core field.Where as they got experience in middle, administrative level & only familiar with area of business.
4)The supporting Groups:
As in the both cases they got support of family, friends. But men always gave priority to business first and spouse second. But women gave spouse first, friends second & Associates the third in priority list.
5) Types of business started :
men basically started business of Manufacturing & construction where women went for the service related -educational, consulting & public relations.
So, friends it is very difficult to come out with a signal conclusion of one best -entrepreneur.As we saw in points that at one area men are best but on other side women have a good ability where men's being lacking in.
If you think any opinion about this please comment, with an intellectual thoughts ...!!

Agriculture business is the best solution of poverty elevation,if we implement very soon...!!

"India is the 7th largest country in geographical level and 2nd largest country in population wise and 12th largest country in economic wise ."
Today we had a great session on agriculture, natural gas & cloud computing etc. by Chief Mentor Sandeep Manudhane {PROTON business school,Indore } the magazine "The economist". I wrote a blog on Agriculture for its opportunity & problems in India in this sector. As sir told us that China started its success path of revolutionary by growth in agriculture first, second revolution of industry & in future concentrate on service sector.

But in India first biggest revolutionary of industry from 1990's then service's & in future would be agriculture revolution. China controlled there poverty first then went for development. So for removing the poverty, we have to concentrate on agriculture advancement then we can think of supper power.

As we all know that more than 65 % of population of India living in villages, they basically depend there livelihood on agriculture & related to it.But science Independence of 60's years we are not well self-sufficient as good as other countries. Might be government providing lots of subsidies to the farmers. We could not forget the Mr. swami Nathan, who improved somehow the condition of agriculture.
As given in The Economist that politicians only taking the credit of enormous population in rural is only for "There vote note for the Growth". Ashok Gulat of the International Food Policy Research Institute points out that an additional spent on agriculture research yields 9.5 rupee output compared to .85 rupees of output on spent on subsidies.

India also a 2nd-biggest exporter of cotton & 3rd -biggest producers of potatoes in the world. As given an example of McDonald's (first entered in India 1996) :for fries, supply chain begins with 2000 acres of potato fields in Gujarat cultivated by 400 farmers under contract with McChain Foods. Other examples are :Nestle, Unilever, schreber International & Pepsi starting doing business with Dynamix Dairy In India.
So now I am going to summarize & some suggestion from my side, for the betterment in the agriculture:-
  • Maximum use of new technology & new Technic of farming.
  • Maximum utilization of irrigation in farming field & if possible by dropping way
  • Use of hybrid seeds which gives thrice of productivity as of now in same field as in other country.
  • Increasing the Investment of private companies according to govt. rule in agriculture
  • Make more Dams & rivers to minimize the problems of irrigation
  • There should be Time-To-Time (T.T.T.) training school for the illiterate farmers
  • Give the good value of crops to the farmers
  • There should be good consulting firms & talented doctors for the specific crop.
  • Government should give the agricultural instruments in compare of Monterey subsidies
  • To motivate the youth to utilize there interest & skill in related field of agriculture

After reading the blog gave some valuable feedback & motivation to the employ... comment on the sake

Natural birth ratio of girls & boys, but changed due to traditional consideration...!

Sex determination tests are illegal in India, but many parents -especially in rural areas still bribe to the doctors to check out their child's gender and to carry out an abortion if it is a girl. In India boys would be as a mainilly traditionally known as the bread-winer of the family. whereas girls mainly are considered a financial burden because their families must pay dowries to get the married.

As a result, the natural birth ratio of boys to girls – about 105 to 100. But in China and northern India, the ratio is now about 120 to 100. In some Chinese provinces the ratio is 130 to 100. In some places, the ratio for a third child has reached an incredible 200 to 100.

In China, the main problem seems to be the one child policy. Parents can only have one child, so many are very motivated to make that child a son. The quickest way to solve this would be to drop the policy. Also, the one child policy will cause economic problems later on, as China will have a large old population and a small young population. Thus, dropping the policy would be best.

I read an article in "The Economist" where whole issue of Gendercide discussed nicely & factfully. All the facts mentioned in that article were shows that if Indian & China's common people & government would not any fast & strict action the situation could be a worsen in the future .

“All countries need to raise the value of girls. They should encourage female education; abolish laws and customs that prevent daughters inheriting property; make examples of hospitals and clinics with impossible sex ratios; get women engaged in public life—using everything from television newsreaders to women traffic police.”

Toll of shame

50m: number of girls that Unicef estimates are ‘missing’ from Indian society

1.05: males to every female in India, reversing the world average

600: rupees now, save 50,000 rupees later” is the advertising slogan of diagnostic teams with ultrasound machines that predict the sex of the unborn child

£18,000: can be the price of a wedding and dowry. Girls are killed because of the financial burden they place on their families

9.6m: more boys aged between 0-14 than girls

1949: Year when Indian women were granted full suffrage

54: per cent turnout of women voters in 2004 election, 62 per cent among men

10m: number of female foetuses aborted since ultrasound scanning was first used 20 years ago

1994: Year when scanning to find out gender was made illegal. It is widely ignored

0: the number of cases that have come to court

24.9 median age for men and women

In my view there are some ways of balancing this sex ratio by:

1)To educate the population

2)To give more & more opportunity to the girls in every field

3)In rural areas, provide the jobs of services sector

4)Change in the thought process who are be bind by traditional views.

5) Campaign in every society for the value of the girl child.
