"Right To Education" is the journey of good start..

" I read under the dim light of a kerosene lamp.I am what I am today because of education . I want every Indian Child, boys & girls,to be so touched by the Right To Education. I want every Indian to dream of better future & live that dream."
-Prime Minister Manmohan Singh
As we know that child education is necessery for the future development of a country. But in India the many of the school going childern are doing child labor. Many of them have the money problem to take the addimmsion. They are also equaly talented, but due to finacial problem their poor parents are not allowed them to study. So for these type of childern government had taken very right step to overcome this problem. If this plan will execute & implement properly, then we are going to achive a great success.
Education became a fundamental right, when the right to free & complsury education Act,2009(RTE) came in to force. From now on any child in the age group of 6-14 years can step in to any neigherhood school & demand addmission. The school can not denied to gave addimmisson according to govenment rule.
But the real chalange to bridge the gap between good intention & implementation -starts now. The law in theory, covers all govenment, govt.-aided & private schools. But in practices, it is applicable only to muncipal, state & central-government school only. Private school have been left out of the obligation to provide free & compulsury education. But the private schools will obviously fight it tooth & nail.
It is not easy for Human Resource Minister Mr. Kapil Sibal to implement & execute fastely but we can say the Act marks the begining of an important journey towards education to all. The central & state government share the financial burden for implementing the Act in the ratio of 55:45 & finance Commission has to giving Rs.25000 crore to the state. An outlay of Rs.15000 crore was approved for 2010-11 by the central govt. But if the Act is to achive its stated objective of fixed student & teacher ratio, neighbour schools with good quality, training to teacher funding seems grossely inadecuate. The National Planning & Administration calculate that implementation of the Act cost Rs.171000 crore for five years .
This Plan basicaly will face some of the hurdles like:-
1. Poor infrastructure & traditional education system
2 Not properly trained teachers
2. Rural & urban child difference in languages & others
3.Type of syllabus & board of examinations
4. Inadequate schooling whose parents might migrate from placeto place
5.The most challenge for the poor lives on daily wages
According to me, there are the few suggection to make RTE Act succesful :
1. Proper accountability to the responsible person
2. Maximum Suppport should be from the stae government also
3.If Private school can second shift school for the under previlaged sector by same faculty
No Child shall be denied for the the primary education:-
1.No addimssionwill be on the basis of test
2.School can't expel childern till they complete class 8th
3.Random selection of 25% seats & no seat be vacant, No board exams till 8th standared
4.Teaching to be prefrebly in mother tounge language
5.Pupil teacher ratio of 30:1in primary & 35:1in higher classes.
6.Childern with disability will also be educated in main stream schools
For this blog I had collected fact & figures from the newspaper as well as magazines. RTE
act would take some time to show its result,my strong appel to every one is that "This is the time of us to prove our self better now & in future". Its time for education cultur change...

Male Vs Female : who is the best entrepreneur ?

From the time of empire, the thinking of a common men is that women are less strong in every field. They think that women are only for the care of children, mother, wives & ran the household. But as the time going on women were proved themselves equal to the men in almost in every areas.

So, now every where in the world, the thinking perception of men changing towards the capability.I thing this blog will liked by the female folk & which should be because this blog insight them compare to men.

"Women are starting business in the US at twice the rate of all business & staying in business longer".(According to Census Bureau & SBA) there are 6.2 million women-owned firms today.
As my title of the blog is who is superior,it depends on some of the characteristics of entrepreneur. These are :their motivation, background, families, education background occupational experiences & problems.
1) Background :
Men mainly started business in early age of 25-35 compared to 35 -45 age of women.
men educated in business /technical degree (usually engineering) where as they did degree in liberal arts.
2)Personality Characteristics:
Men are more innovative & idealistic but women are more of flexible & tolerant.Men have high level of confidence ,but women have medium level of self-confidence & ability to deal with social environment.
Men always think of own boss!!
3) Occupational background:
Men always try to get the experience in line of business in which he would go for the the own business as in Telecom sector. Known for his specialization & high level level of achievement in the core field.Where as they got experience in middle, administrative level & only familiar with area of business.
4)The supporting Groups:
As in the both cases they got support of family, friends. But men always gave priority to business first and spouse second. But women gave spouse first, friends second & Associates the third in priority list.
5) Types of business started :
men basically started business of Manufacturing & construction where women went for the service related -educational, consulting & public relations.
So, friends it is very difficult to come out with a signal conclusion of one best -entrepreneur.As we saw in points that at one area men are best but on other side women have a good ability where men's being lacking in.
If you think any opinion about this please comment, with an intellectual thoughts ...!!
